Image Requirements for Personalised Products
To ensure the best quality for your personalised pet products, please follow these image guidelines when submitting your images, logo, or design:
Avoid using low resolution images with editing software, as this can reduce the image quality. Bright, high resolution images work best.
File Format
- Accepted formats: PNG, JPG, JPEG, PDF
- Preferred format: PNG with transparent background (for logos)
Image Quality
- Minimum resolution: 300 DPI (dots per inch)
- Minimum dimensions: 1000 x 1000 pixels
- For best results: Provide the largest, highest quality version available
Images will be printed as received, we will not edit or retouch images. We may crop these slightly to fit the item where needed.
