Orders will be shipped asap. As these are made to order items, it can take up to 14 working days to dispatch. We aim to send these a lot sooner where possible. 

International Shipping

We ship worldwide to bring our personalised pet gifts to pet lovers everywhere.

Delivery Times:

• Europe: 5-10 business days (Standard)
• North America (USA & Canada): 7-14 business days (Standard),
• Rest of World: 10-21 business days (Standard)

Tracking: All international orders include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships.

Customs & Duties:

International customers may be responsible for customs duties and import taxes in their country. These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer's responsibility.
